Free Game Friday 6/12/20: The Lost Vikings
A puzzle-platformer from Blizzard, starring the three titular Lost Vikings, each with their own set of abilities - Erik runs fast, can jump and can destroy some walls with his helmet, Baelog can defeat enemies with his sword and activate switches at range with his bow, while Olaf can block projectiles and glide with his shield. Using this repertoire of abilities, you must make your way through a number of hazard-riddled stages and get all three Vikings to the exit. Sounds simple enough, but as with any good puzzle game, it quickly becomes quite a challenge to clear each stage. Still, the good graphics and music and a strong sense of humor keep it engaging.
