Free Game Friday 8/30/19: TerrorDrome: Rise of the Boogeymen
A fan-made fighting game based around many iconic characters of the horror genre - Leatherface, Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger, Pinhead and even a handful of not so well-known ones like Tall Man, Pumpkinhead and the Maniac Cop. All re-created with computer-generated models and incorporating a surprising amount of their personalities and MOs into their fighting styles. Even the story mode has quite a bit of effort behind it, tying all the characters together in a surprisingly effective and logical way. A game made by a die-hard horror fan for other die-hard horror fans, and they and fighter fans alike owe it to themselves to check this one out.
