Well I can give it this: it is much more faithful design-wise to the original PC game than Ultima VII for SNES. The downside is it uses the same awful engine as SNES U7 too...
Honestly I don't see much point in doing a full playthrough because it's such a faithful re-creation of the original game, just in a substantially worse engine. Might as well just play the original; hell, it's free on GOG, so if you've any interest in the game the SFC version is only really worth a visit as an odd curiosity.
