Free Game Friday 7/19/19: Obake
Today our free game is Obake - a fun little independent action game that seemingly draws inspiration from the old arcade game "Avenging Spirit" and aesthetically is reminiscent of many classic SNES platformers. You play as an obake and "possess" enemies, taking on their form and abilities in doing so, and traverse numerous platforming stages and boss fights. In total there are around 25 enemies to possess, each with their own movesets, and numerous stages to explore, making it a game with quite a lot to offer.
