We do a bunch of odd jobs around NCR and finally get put on the path to Vault 13 after roughly three years of milling about.
Not much for off-camera stuff this time, just the usual selling of extra stuff. I did pick up a spare set of Combat Armor though, for reasons that will become clear shortly.
Oh, and here's two more special encounters.
The Pariah Dog
Run away!
...No really, get off this map ASAP. If you fail a Luck check (which occurs every few seconds) the dog becomes a "party member" that never helps you, drops your Luck to 1 and gives you the Jinxed perk as long as it's alive. Worse, it has 750 HP, making it extremely hard to kill.
I got lucky here and landed an instant kill crit...
The Unwashed Villagers fighting a Spammer
Some Unwashed Villagers fighting a spammer. Not much else to say.
Apparently this is a reference to an old Fallout community that still exists today, with the Unwashed Villagers bearing the names of many of their prominent members (and the "spammer" being a notorious troll named Grim Reaper).
