Queen of Orviska, a country currently plagued by war and drought that has kept watch over the World Eater for over 200 years.  Dio seems to be the real power behind the throne, though.

Dio

Voiced by: Doug Erholtz

Brother of Odie and head of the Dio clan, a family of extraordinarily powerful mages in Orviska.  He agrees to let Revya face the World Eater, but he clearly has his own plans in mind as well.
