Wherein we explode an outhouse, then venture to Vault City to deal with arguably the most hated character in the entire Fallout franchise.

Oh, and I also discovered there's a suit of metal armor you can swipe inside Vault City itself.

Just be sure not to be seen by the guard or she'll unleash hell on you.  Hiding behind the locker as pictured seems to be good enough.
