Spoony Plays One-Shot: Mega Man III (DOS)

Rozner Labs had two years to refine their craft between the two Mega Man DOS titles, but did that result in a better game?  

...Nope, this one's just as bad as the original.  In fact it's actually worse in a lot of ways...
