- The Tower of Babel, in the Book of Genesis, was a tower built by humans to reach the heavens. God thwarted their plan by "confounding their language", rendering them unable to communicate, and they dispersed leaving the tower uncompleted (not destroyed as commonly depicted).
- Jesiah/Isshiah is said to be an ally of David in the Bible, but otherwise little is said of him. His name could also be a reference to Isaiah, a prophet thought to have lived in the 8th century BC.
